The EX-unit designed for zone 2 II B T4 is equipped with a 710 kW electric motor and is built “Uraca tough” for the most challenging cleaning applications.
The pump in the image is used to operate a fully automatic cleaning lance system for cleaning reactors. The associated control systems and wide range of accessories were supplied with the system for a major client seeking a system with a proven track record for durability, reliability and quality.
A total of 32 lance systems are operated with two KD629 pump units cleaning 8 large reactors.
