URACA recently announced the company will supply high-pressure pumps for INEOS Energy at Denmark's CCS Greensand project. The focus of the project is to capture and store CO2 underground and permanently remove CO2 from the atmosphere (CCS - Carbon Capture Storage).
For this project, URACA is supplying powerful plunger pumps, specially tailored to the end customer's requirements, which deliver flow rates of up to 121 tons per hour at high pressures of up to 240 bar. This reliable pumping solution allows large quantities of CO2 to be safely pumped in record time.
