For almost 60 years, GATHER has been a superior manufacturer of gear pumps, flow meters, and couplings. Recently, they have introduced a new precise measuring tool made specifically for non-lubricating liquids. Please welcome the new gear flow meter, GATHER's ZDM.
The ZDM uses the same technology as GATHER's gear pumps and is used in the same industries. The tool is used to measure liquids, especially low-viscosity ones, with sensors placed into the gearwheel. The calibration may be adjusted based on your liquid's volume. Its components are made from titanium, Hastelloy®, stainless steel, or other special alloys which allow resistance to wear and the ability to withstand harsh liquids. This new edition to GATHER offers features including:
- Accurate Measuring- The high precision components, double disc design, and narrow gaps all contribute to the flow meter's accuracy in measuring liquids.
- Broad Measuring Range- This gear flow meter's system can measure liquids of .6-2,000 centistokes.
- Cleaning in Place- The design of this gear flow meter gives it the means to be cleaned without disassembly.
- Variety of Mediums- This tool can measure liquids with properties of lubricating, non-lubricating, low-viscosity, and chemically aggressive.
