Starting in 2012, Chemac Inc will expand its product offering to include high pressure gases.

Since 1966, Chemac Inc has specialized in the field of high pressure liquids. The major growth of this sector was between 1966 and the 1980's. Since this “boom period” in US industrial production, the US demand for high pressure capital equipment has not returned to these levels. The fact that not one new fertilizer plant was built in the USA since this period is testimony to the lack of growth in this sector. Thus, it seems only natural that Chemac Inc expand its product offering in the field of its expertise… high pressure equipment.

Therefore we are pleased to welcome a new member in our family of factories: 

Since its foundation in 1920, the Hofer Hochdrucktechnik GmbH has earned world-wide reputation for innovative technology and high security standards. Membrane and piston compressors and fittings from the Hofer production are desired products in the chemical, petrochemical, gas producing, and astronautics industry.
